The Engineers here in the USSPTGP offer stateside Engineer units a chance to conduct Deployed for Training Exercises(DFTs). These DFTs focus on vertical engineering projects such as the construction of new buildings and even new roads. The Doumas Marie project was the construction of a 3 building school complex complete with bathroom and shower facilities. Doumas Marie is an orphanage / school run by a Catholic Brother and 2 nuns. The folllowing pictures are of the surrounding village and the school facitilies.
